Refund Policy: On returning of our gifts we only offer a exchange or a credit note to the value of the purchase price. Refund of fresh flowers will only be giving if we are contacted and informed within 24 hours of you receiving the product. A refund will only be giving if we can not replace the damaged flowers or arrangement.

Cancellation: For fresh flower cancellations has to be within two days prior delivery and there is no cancellation for pre-ordered funeral flowers unfortunately.

Please don't forget to add important information that you would like the florist to know for any orders that are placed and please try to remember to leave a contact number for yourselves and any card message to go with your purchase in the order and delivery comments box at the bottom of the payment page, contact number must be for yourself incase the florist needs to get in touch regarding the order.
